Welcome to Abawei Business Suite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Abawei.com (“Abawei,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our Business Suite platform, including business registration, licensing, tax compliance, trademark assistance, bank account facilitation, branding, web development, and related startup support (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to form a binding contract under Tanzanian law to access or use our Services.

2. Services Overview

Abawei Business Suite provides end-to-end business setup services, including but not limited to:

  • Business name registration

  • Company registration: private company limited by shares

  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate processing

  • Tax clearance certificate processing
  • Business license applications

  • Bank account application support

  • Brand identity, including, LOGO design and brand guidelines
  • Online assets: website design, domain name registration, custom business emails, and shared web hosting services

3. Service Delivery & Timelines

  • Service timelines vary depending on the type of service and third-party government processing times.

  • Abawei will make every effort to deliver services promptly but cannot be held liable for delays caused by government agencies or force majeure.

4. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are clearly stated on the Abawei website (follow: https://www.abawei.com/business/) or will be communicated via quotation.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before service commencement.

  • Payments are non-refundable once a service process has been initiated, unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  • Respond to documentation and verification requests in a timely manner.

  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to your business sector.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, and documentation provided by Abawei are the property of Abawei.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service content without express written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Abawei maintains strict confidentiality on all client information. We do not share personal or business data with third parties except where legally required or necessary to deliver Services (e.g., submitting data to BRELA, TRA or TCRA).

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure accuracy and efficiency, Abawei will not be liable for:

  • Errors or delays caused by inaccurate client data or third-party agencies.

  • Financial or legal consequences arising from delayed or rejected applications.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Abawei reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • A client provides false or misleading information.

  • A client fails to meet payment obligations.

  • There is misuse or abuse of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
